An early morning accident on Monday killed one person in Dallas. According to the Dallas Morning News, police noticed a car driving the wrong way on the northbound side of Central Expressway at around 4 a.m. The driver was followed into Dallas where their vehicle slammed into a sedan near Hall Street. Emergency workers extricated the victim, who was pronounced dead at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. The wrong-way driver was also taken to the hospital but the injuries are believed to be minor. It is likely the driver will be brought up on intoxicated manslaughter charges.
