Twin Peaks is facing a wrongful death lawsuit from the family of one of the bikers killed in the Waco shooting, according to NBC News. The widow of Jesus Delgado Rodriguez filed the lawsuit against the chain’s parent company after her husband was shot multiple times in May. Mary Rodriguez, whose husband was a Vietnam veteran, believes Twin Peaks was negligent in allowing the biker meeting to take place on its property and that police should have done more to stop the shooting between the rival gangs from happening. Rodriguez was one of the nine killed in the shooting. 18 others were injured in the incident, and 177 total were arrested, four of who remain in custody.
