Three people sustained minor injuries after two incidents were reported a DFW airport on Thursday, according to the Dallas Morning News. The first incident occurred on a Spirit Airlines plane while it landed at DFW at about 1 p.m. The plane, which came from Orlando, had a landing gear catch fire, but it was put out quickly and no injuries resulted. The second incident injured three passengers after smoke appeared in a cabin, forcing the American Airlines plane to return to the airport. Emergency slides were used during evacuation, which caused the minor injuries.
