The family of one of the victims shot by a Texas millionaire has filed a lawsuit against him, according to NBC DFW. Cullen Davis was acquitted of capital murder in the 1976 case, in which Stan Farr, the live-in boyfriend of Davis’ ex-wife and Davis’ 12-year-old stepdaughter were killed at a Fort Worth mansion. Farr’s family claim they have yet to receive the judgment ordered to them in 2003, which specified $125,000 to each of Farr’s minor children. Jon and Heather Farr, now adults, are seeking $250,000 plus accrued interest from Davis in their Tarrant County lawsuit, which could total up to $2 million.
