A contract worker died during preventative maintenance earlier this month at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport, according to ABC News. The worker, whose name has not been released, is thought to have slipped while working on the above-ground train system near Terminal C; he fell 45 feet and was pronounced dead at the scene. The worker was an employee of Bombardier Transportation, and the company has said it is cooperating with the investigation of the accident. This comes after another incident on the train’s tracks killed one and injured another in 2010.
