A Canadian woman escaped with only minor injuries after taking a plane propeller to the head earlier this week, according to the Huffington Post. The AirCanada plane was carrying 73 passengers when it blew a tire and attempted to make an emergency landing. The right side’s landing gear collapsed, tilting the plane, and a propeller broke off near the seat of Christina Kurylo, who works for a Grande Prairie radio station. She is now recovering from a concussion. This particular aircraft model has allegedly been involved in multiple incidents as a result of faulty landing gears.
