A 2-year-old boy died in San Francisco on Friday while his family was on vacation and spending time in Fisherman’s Wharf, a popular tourist attraction, according to FOX DFW. The toddler was playing outside the Majestic Collection Art Gallery when he began to climb up a six-foot-tall dolphin statue. The statue then came on the boy, whose family was visiting from Utah. Emergency responders treated him for a nose bled, but he died several hours later due to internal injuries. The gallery was cited for violating city code, which prohibits merchandise from being placed on the sidewalk.
