A vehicle in Dallas struck a teen and a police officer on Monday, according to NBC DFW. The accident occurred at 2:15 p.m. Monday afternoon near Las Lomas Apartments on Stoneport Drive. A group of teenagers had been fighting, and after the officer arrived, someone got into a vehicle and struck him and a teen boy. The teenager was taken to Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, but his condition is unknown. The officer was also transported to a local hospital, and was released later that day. Police are now searching for information that will lead them to the suspects involved in the accident.
