One of the victims involved in Seattle’s tragic bus crash in September is suing the Ride The Ducks franchise for negligence, according to Buzzfeed. The lawsuit alleges the Ride The Ducks bus involved had a defective axle, which the company failed to warn its Seattle branch of, and directly led to the deaths of five people when it hit a charter bus carrying students and staff from North Seattle College. 21-year-old Na Ra Yoon, from Korea, was injured on the charter bus, and has filed a lawsuit against Ride The Ducks. An investigation into the possible defective axle will take about a year.
