A photographer is suing singer Justin Bieber and his bodyguard for altercation that took place in Hawaii last year, according to the Huffington Post. The photographer, Aja Oxman, took a picture of Justin Bieber jumping off a cliff in Kauai, Hawaii while on vacation. Oxman claims Bieber sent his bodyguard, Dwayne Patterson, over to Oxman in an attempt to delete the photo, and alleges Patterson put him in a chokehold and slammed him into the hood of a vehicle. A second photographer began filming the incident, whom Patterson also allegedly threatened. Patterson was then arrested for third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal property damage, but was released after posting bail.
