Caitlyn Jenner, former Olympian and head of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, may not be facing felony charges for the fatal crash she was involved in last February, but could be sued for a hefty sum, according to Refinery 29. The star could still see a misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charge for the accident. Jenner rear-ended a vehicle was then sent into incoming traffic, killing the driver, 69-year-old Kim Howe. Another vehicle, a black Hummer carrying five occupants, was also involved, and those passengers plan to file an $18.5 million lawsuit against Jenner. Howe’s stepchildren and one other driver have already filed lawsuits against Jenner.
