After a day care employee contacted the parents of a two-year-old with a photo of their child taped down during naptime, the family has chosen to file a lawsuit against Heart2Heart Montessori in Willow Park, according to WFAA News. The employee, who also informed the authorities, contacted Brad and Kristi Galbraith in June; the Galbraiths then confronted Heart2Heart’s co-owner, Pamela Decker, and contacted other parents. Some of those parents expressed concern that Heart2Heart limited the amount of drinks the children were given throughout the day to decrease the number of diapers changed. Additionally, the Galbraith’s son claims to have been hit during his time at the day care. The Galbraith family feels that the authorities have yet to take proper action, which led them to the decision to file a lawsuit against the day care center.
