After visiting the Perot Museum of Science and Nature last summer, 74-year-old Myung Oh fell down the museum’s stairs, an accident that he says left him paralyzed. Oh is now suing the museum, claiming that the safety of visitors was a priority for the museum, according to MyFOX DFW. Oh’s attorney said Oh was with a group from his church when the fall occurred, on a day that the museum had a crew working, restricting the walkway. The museum has since changed part of the stairs, but not the area where Oh fell, which was 5 inches taller than what Texas law allows.
