An accident involving a tractor-trailer killed one person and injured at least three others on Thursday, according to the Dallas Morning News. The crash occurred on Interstate 35 in Salado, a city outside of Temple, Texas after a tractor-trailer collided with construction beams. Debris then fell onto the truck, and several other vehicles crashed into it. One person, identified as 32-year-old Arlington man, Clark Davis, was killed. Two other rigs and a pickup truck were involved in the accident, and three people were transported to hospitals with undisclosed injuries. What caused the accident remains unclear at this time, though the area is undergoing heavy construction that may be affecting the flow of traffic.
