Seeking over $1 million in damages, an Oklahoma woman has filed a lawsuit against Dallas Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones, alleging he sexually assaulted her, according to WFAA News. The 27-year-old woman, Jana Weckerly, says Jones attacked her in a Dallas hotel in May or June of 2009. Weckerly also claims that Jones and his organization attempted to cover up what happened and prevent her from going to the police. Jones, however, denies the allegations, and his attorney alleges Weckerly is responsible for the recently leaked photos of Jones and two women, though Weckerly’s attorney, on the other hand, claims his client had nothing to do with the photos.
