Three are dead and two have been injured as a result of a collision between a helicopter and an airplane in Maryland, according to the Dallas Morning News. The accident occurred midair on Thursday afternoon at Frederick Municipal Airport, the same airport that received nurse Nina Pham from Dallas last week while being transported for Ebola treatment.
