A man accused of being involved in a hit-and-run that killed a young girl has been sentenced to 20 years in prison, according to NBC DFW. Nine-year-old Tatyana Babineaux was killed as she was walking to school in San Antonio in January 2014 after Isidro Espinosa-Solis struck her with his vehicle. Espinosa-Solis testified that he was sending a text message to his wife when the accident occurred, but did not stop to help the girl. Espinosa-Solis fled to Mexico for a short time, but came back to turn himself in. He was found guilty of failing to stop and render aid, and was sentenced to 20 years.
