A Dallas judge has tossed out the lawsuit filed by the woman accusing Jerry Jones of sexual assault, according to the Dallas Morning News. The woman was seeking over $1 million in damages for the alleged 2009 assault. She also claimed Jones had coerced her into signing an agreement and sent her payments from 2009 to July of 2013 to force her to keep quiet. Jones, the longtime owner of the Dallas Cowboys, and his lawyers had denied the accusations and were asking that the case be dismissed because of the five-year statute of limitation for sexual assault cases.
