Following the death of a 71-year-old man, an intoxicated driver received 12 years for his involvement in the accident, according to WFAA News. The accident occurred in October of 2012 on the Weatherford Traffic Circle in West Fort Worth after Seth Donnelly, now 24, attempted to speed away from the police that were following him. Donnelly ran a red light while driving 90 mph, and crashed into a motorcyclist, who died instantly. Donnelly’s blood alcohol content was .25 at the time. Donnelly then attempted to get away on foot, but he was eventually caught and arrested.
