A 24-year-old man from San Marcos is facing charges in Travis County for a fatal accident last November. According to MyFOX DFW, William Lawrence was under the influence of PCP when he struck a van with his pick-up truck. The van exploded, killing two passengers, 79-year-old Bobby Robert and 84-year-old Billy Robert. Lawrence denied being under the influence at the time of the crash, claiming he had fallen asleep at the wheel. He is being charged with intoxication manslaughter for the two deaths resulting from the accident.
