After a former friend created a fake Facebook profile in her name and posted doctored photos of her, a Houston woman has decided to sue the social media site and the person who created the page, according to the Huffington Post. Meryam Ali was the victim of the fake page with the phony nude photos, which she calls “revenge porn.” She contacted Facebook to remove the images, but the company did not act until the Houston Police Department subpoenaed them. Now Ali is seeking $123 million from Facebook and Adeel Shah Khan, the creator of the account – 10 cents for every one of 1.23 billion users of the site.
