A Houston man faces charges of intoxication manslaughter after killing a good Samaritan, according to NBC DFW. 26-year-old Adrian Hernandez was arrested on Sunday evening after the accident on U.S. 59. The 31-year-old victim, whose name has not yet been released, was standing outside his vehicle after stopping to help a stranded motorist when Hernandez hit him. Hernandez also first hit a pickup truck before crossing into several other lanes. Hernandez was treated for non-life threatening injuries and is being held on $100,000 bond.
