Four members of a family from Argyle were killed over the weekend in a car crash in rural New Mexico, according to the Dallas Morning News. Michael and LeAnn Miller were travelling with two of their children on a road trip, visiting several states, when they became involved in the collision. A driver in a Ford pick-up truck became fatigued and crossed the center line of U.S. Route 550 in the northwest corner of New Mexico. The Miller’s van was struck head-on, and all four members of the family were killed instantly. The driver of the truck was hospitalized for non-critical injuries. Just minutes before the crash, LeAnn spoke to her oldest son on the phone, whom stayed behind in Argyle. The Argyle school district has tweeted about the loss about the very involved family.
