An explosion at a Texas panhandle corn flour plant injured at least two people on Wednesday, according to NBC DFW. The accident occurred at a Minsa Corporation plant in Muleshoe, Texas, about 60 miles southeast from Lubbock. The two injured, whose names were not released, were flown by helicopter to University Medical Center in Lubbock. The cause of the accident is not yet known, but authorities are looking into a possible tank explosion. The conditions of the injured parties have not been made public.
