Ethan Couch, the teen that gained national attention during his trial for vehicular manslaughter and coining the term “affluenza”, may have violated his probation terms, according to the Dallas Morning News. Then 16-year-old Couch was able to avoid jail time after being behind the wheel in an accident that killed four people in 2013 with a blood-alcohol content that was three times the legal limit because his defense team argued his parent’s wealth made me unable to appreciate his actions. However, a six-second video surfaced this week, showing Couch allegedly playing beer pong, which his probation terms does not allow. Couch’s case has a hearing coming up, and may face repercussions for this incident.
