The affluenza teen that killed four people while driving under the influence has been detained in Mexico, according to NBC DFW. 18-year-old Ethan Couch and his mother disappeared several weeks ago after a video surfaced showing Couch at a party where alcohol was present, a violation of his parole. He then failed to show up to a meeting with his probation officer, and a juvenile arrest warrant was issued for him. Couch and his mother were found in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Couch and his family have faced numerous lawsuits after the car accident Couch was involved in, and if he is found to be guilty of drinking in the latest video, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
