An eight-year-old boy from Arlington has died six years after being injured in a collision, according to FOX DFW. Stewart Richardson, of Iowa, was driving with blood alcohol levels at three times the legal limit when he was involved in a car accident on Cooper Street in 2009, which hurt then two-year-old Abdallah Khader. Khader has been in a deep coma ever since, but has not passed away. Richardson has not yet faced a trial for this collision, despite his conviction history of DWI’s in other states. Richardson may now face manslaughter charges for his involvement in the crash.
