A lawsuit filed against DART, a contracting company, and one of its employees accuses the employee of sexually assaulting a woman, according to the Dallas Morning News. The paratransit employee, Cedrick Agent, allegedly sexually assaulted a woman with Down Syndrome on two occasions in 2013 after the other passengers left. The woman, whom has not been named, is in her 30’s but has a mental and verbal state akin to a 6-year-old.  After the woman’s guardian became aware of the assaults, she filed a complaint with DART police but is not aware of whether the complaint was forwarded to the Dallas County District Attorney’s office. Agent has since been removed from driving duties, but is still listed as an employee with DART’s contractor, MV Transportation. He has had one other complaint filed against him while working for DART.
