Chung Kim, his wife, and their homeowner’s association, including the homeowner’s association president, are being sued for over $1 million by the family of Michelle Jackson for her and her fiancé’s 2013 slaying. Kim, who was convicted of capital murder two months ago, shot Jackson and Jamie Stafford over a feud involving the droppings of Jackson’s dog, according to the Dallas Morning News.  Jackson had five children, one of whom was with Stafford, and the lawsuit seeks to provide compensation for them. The lawsuit alleges that Kim had made previous threats to other tenants and accuses the homeowner’s association of being aware of the danger Kim posed, yet did nothing to prevent his violent actions.
