North Texas is facing dangerous road conditions again, and unfortunately, accidents are bound to happen. A winter advisory warning went into effect Monday evening and is set to continue until Tuesday night, as drizzling weather has made roads icy and slick. Four fatalities have been reported since yesterday evening; one of whom was a 14-year-veteran of the Dallas Fire Rescue team and another 16-year-old girl from Denton County, according to the Dallas Morning News. Several other injuries have been sustained in these tragic accidents. Drivers have urged to stay off the roads, if possible, but if driving is unavoidable, be extremely cautious and aware of the other vehicles around you.
