The Dallas City Council is set to vote on paying $200,000 to a man wrongfully shot by Dallas police, according to FOX DFW. Randolph Glenn was shot in the leg in February 2012 during a confrontation with police, who mistook Glenn for a robbery-car theft-kidnapping suspect. Glenn was 52-year-old at the time; he was mistaken for a 29-year-old suspect. Councilman Dwaine Caraway is quoted as saying the city council plans to settle the lawsuit with Glenn, who is currently serving in prison for stabbing a man to death last year.
