The City of Dallas is set to pay $1.2 million to the mother of a cyclist that was killed last May after being a police car.  51-year-old Fred Bradford’s death caused two Dallas police officers to lose their jobs; one was charged with criminally negligent homicide, according to NBC DFW. It was determined that the officers did not immediately call for an ambulance and told investigators that Bradford was struck by another vehicle. Virginia Bradford then sued the city over the incident.
