A man involved in a 2013 campus shooting has been killed in a hit-and-run accident, according to NBC DFW. 28-year-old Jody Neal was struck by a pickup truck last Friday evening while walking alone on a road. He was previously shoot six times after he and a gunman, Trey Foster, got into an argument at a Lone Star College near Houston. Foster opened fire on Neal and two bystanders. Neal survived the attack and Foster was sentenced to 16 years for the shooting. Investigators are now searching for the driver involved in Neal’s death.
