The energy drink company, Red Bull, has settled a class action lawsuit, agreeing to pay $13 million to consumers, according to FOX DFW. The lawsuit was brought about after some consumers alleged the company made false claims in their advertisements, which famously state that the drink “gives you wings.” Specifically, drinks were upset with the claims that Red Bull increases concentration and performance and improved reaction speed. Anyone who purchased the drink between January 1st, 2002 and October 3rd, 2014, can submit a claim for $10 in cash or $15 in Red Bull products.
