A man has been arrested for intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle after allegedly being involved in an accident that killed two last weekend. The driver, 21-year-old Ivan Garcia Esparza was on I-35 headed north in Farmers Branch when his vehicle collided with a Jeep Liberty carrying two passengers at the LBJ Freeway interchange, according to the Dallas Morning News. The Jeep caught fire with both people still inside. Esparza was found at a nearby motel with a blood alcohol content of .271, according to police. He is currently at the Dallas County Jail.
